What Was the Signage Challenge?
The general contractor needed one signage partner who could coordinate ADA identification, directories, parking navigation, amenity signs, and installation under a single scope. ADA Room Identification
The package included more than 200 room signs with tactile lettering, Grade 2 Braille, and the California-specific requirements applicable to permanent-room identification. Finishes were coordinated with the property’s interior palette.

Eight lobby directories used changeable panels so property staff could update names and destinations without replacing the complete sign system.
Parking and Pedestrian Wayfinding
